Throughout history, home ownership has always been a sound investment. It's easy to know when to buy or sell. House values may rise and fall with the market; but changes in market value are usually somewhat gradual, and very transparent.
As a professional realtor, it is my job to make sure my clients get a fair and equitable return on their real estate investments. I make that happen. My lifetime experiences have groomed me to be an exceptional realtor. Let me share some of these experiences with you.
As a young boy I worked side by side with my father building our family home. I also helped three uncles build their homes. I designed and physically built the home we now live in, including the installation of all the plumbing and electric.
A number of years ago, I retired as a Captain from the New York City Fire Department. Before becoming a fireman, I sold insurance for Liberty Mutual for a year. During that year I was one of the top ten salesmen in the company. They were very surprised to see me leave.
While still a fireman, I started and electrical, heating, and air conditioning business. During the 18 years we were in business, I obtained and held four master electrician’s licenses. I also had heating and air conditioning licenses for the surrounding areas.
I was responsible for all the marketing and sales for our company. I also designed, serviced, and installed electric, gas, oil, geo thermal, hydronic, steam, and radiant floor heating systems for our customers. On many occasions I worked side by side with our employees.
When I became a realtor, I couldn’t afford to pay someone to design a dynamic web site; so I took the time to learn how to develop them on my own. To make sure my clients are successful selling their homes, I’ve created multiple real estate related web sites that target people where they are looking for a home today – on the internet.
